How do I evict my wife from my house?. I requested my wife come to another house to live to reduce the cost. but she is not ready to leave this 3 bed room house and my 7 years of marriage life is unhappy. Now, I am living separately in other place in Chennai. But she is not vacating my own house worth of 80 Lac in Chennai. and I need to pay monthly EMI Rs 30,000 PM for the house. We have sent lawyer notice for mutual divorce. and she replied to me come live in the current house. But she is acting wife role and without any true love and not ready live with me in other place in chennai / other city and not leaving the own house. Can you please advise how can i evict her without selling my home to others. you suggest best option.
