Eviction of relative

Dear Experts , An employee of Indian Oil obtained a staff quarter from company . The employee on humanitarian ground allowed one of his homeless relative to stay there. The employee is now retired and company withhold a sum of Rs 2 Lakhs from his retirement benefit as he has not handed over the quarter to company. The relative is not vacating the quarter even after lots of request. Please suggest the remedy.

No option, but to issue legal notice, then suit for eviction.

You are not coming out with facts and to general public it appears that you have sub let the official quarters to your so called relative.  Contact a local advocate and proceed through your company officials and throw him out from such illegal occupation.  This is a fraud and crime and you may also be a part and parcel but your relative can not derive benefit out of such fraud.

Responsible concern officer is to be file a case against the ex- employee
