Eviction of tenant after getting eviction order

Dear Sir

I rented my flat to a tenant last year Feb. He paid rent for 6 months and stopped paying rent. I filed petition on rent controller and obtained eviction order and order to pay balance rent.

From this point, how to proceed to collect the balance rent and execute the eviction order from the rent controller.

What are the options for him not to evict or pay the rent as directed by court.

thanks for your feed back

File an execution petition in the same court.

Thanks for the response. The tenant has done the same to two previous house owners. Can he be charged with criminal offense as he left the previous house without paying dues after court order.

Dear Querist

the criminal case can not be filed against tenant but you can file an execution petition against him for execution of the court order and collect the balance amount, you can file a civil suit for mesne profit or suit for damages with litigation charge.

the tenant has right to file the appeal before appellate authority.

No any criminal case lies against your tenant.File execution petition and recover balance and due amount of rent with possession.
