Dear Sir/Madam,
I have filled the eviction petition on willful default during Sep-2012 and it has dragged and Eviction Order(Expartie) was passed during July-2013 to evict my tenant within 2 months.
However, my tenant has appealed against the Eviction Order and dragged the case.
Now, we have filled 11(4) petition and got the order in our favor for my tenant to pay the arrears from Jan-2012 to till date and also got the 2nd Eviction Order during Dec-2013 to vacate our house on or before 17th Feb 2014.
My Tenant have not vacated our house instead filled a caveat.
Please let me know, for what reason my tenant filled Caveat? whether Execution Petition is also covered under Caveat?
I am really scared , when i'll get my house back , as my tenant only motive is to drag the case to extract huge settlement from us.
Please let me , how and when I will get my house possession or is there any oher means, i can get my house back?
