Myself a Petitioner From Chennai i would like to know the Procedure for Enforcement of Courts Eviction Order
Details
i filed a Case against my tenant Who was Wilful Defaulter and the Courts Order has been given Saying that the Tenant Needs to Vaccat the Premises within onemonth
What if the Tenant Denies when the Court order is shown to him ? or what Will happen if he says NO after the One Month time Period .please share your Ideas on how to receive my premises Quickly

if he doesnt abide by the court order then it will result in contempt of court and the court will initiate action on him

Thanks for ur replies .What steps will be taken by the Court to handover the premises or what should i ask my advocate for faster proceedings..
