My tenant refuses to vacate my house in Bangalore . As I am in need of my house it appears that I will have to start suite . Please advise me on the following
1) How much will it cost me to hire a lawyer and court fees ?
2) How long will it take ?
3) Should the tenant also hire a lawyer to respond to summons , to manage proceedings etc ?
Note : I have a very genuine reason for seeking vacant possession of the house
