sir,
coming to 498a case we have filed physical and mental torcher and coming to dvc we have narrated in detail how the in laws was physical torchered as per DIR REPORT THERE ARE BURNING MARKS and stiches marks but this was happend in between 4 walls how can we produce witness without evidence can my version stands because in 498a especially in family cases only the issues will be known waht is right with in the family members how the other witness will be

Practically witnesses are prepared in the present legal set up and those witnesses are properly taught prior to their enterance in the court room by relevant counsel for the party who requires such witness.

sir mostly what we say in 498a only we will say in domestic voilence and filing charge sheet the witnessa re my mother, cousin, father only 4 but some people are say the family members haswitness will not be strong and u should keep outsiders now the charge is laready filed how can i bring outsiders on record now the dvc is for trail
