Evidence act

Dear All,

Can anybody help me regarding the evidence given in court  through video conference if the life of victim is in danger.

IF yes than how to proceed to take permission from court to put the evidence through this facility.

IF not why and than what to do ?

Thanks in advance.

You have to move an application through your advocate in the concern court ,stating with proof that your life is in danger if you give witness against the accused in the open court therefore you want to give your witness through video conferencing, if the court thinks its genuine then the court may permit you .
