Evidence affidavit with false allegations

Dear Experts,

Wife filed an evidence affidavit in divorce case with all false allegations(cruelty ground). Th evidence affidavit allegations are same as the petition.

Do I need to file my counter for the evidence affidavit also?

What are the actions I can take on the false allegations on later\current stage.

Now it will be your turn to file evidence, You may counter her allegation with your evidence if you have

falseallegation or true will be decided by the court, if you have the prooff of that then you can produce it before the court . and also mention it in your evidence.

If false, this could be proved by cross examination.

Hi Arjun if your wife file avidence in case and you know that all false so now its your turn to submit your avidence and you need to answer to all question in your cross examination

you could not decide before its all submit in court you submit your proof than go for cross examination so all come in front of court
