Evidence after cross examination.

Dear Sir. This is niranjana again. I am becoming victim of crpc 125 . as the case proceeded to cross examination only on she affidavit submitted to court. But she couldn't able submitted the evidence against me. So my question is that now she wants to submit the evidence to court. Now she may prolonging the case or she will never be able to submit the evidence against me. Next what shall I do for this instance. Please give me good suggestions as possible to take necessary action. Thanking you.
