Evidence/Base for obtaining injunction in title suit

We have filed a title suit for a property Dispute.property is in our possessionsince long.The other party (wife of deceased name owner of property)had applied for mutation few months back knowing which we filed case.Now we want injunction in the property but our lawyer says that it is not so easy as court doesn't believe on oral pleading and want some solid proof that the other party is trying to sell the property.I want to ask how can we convince court to get injunction and what proof can be provided regarding her intention to sell the property.they will sell covertly how can we get any proof of sell.the circle office is denying that therw is no case no of her mutation application.pls help

apply for encumberance certificate from he subregistrar office.you can know details of transaction regarding the property.
