Evidence for allegations

Learned members,

My wife made several allegations against me and my parents when I filed RCR u/sec 9 HMA against her.

Can I request the Court that the wife produce bring evidence to each and every allegation that she made against me, that the Court would grant the request?

Please explain.

Thank you Mrs. Chaudhary,

I am insisting evidence only to make sure that the Court does not skip requesting evidences to the wife's side.

Can it happen that the lax trial Court skip asking for evidences to the wife?

Onus of proving is on the defendant who alleged such severe allegations. If she does not give evidence in defendant evidence stage, you MAY win the case. But you must read the below post why not to file RCR:-
