Evidence opies

The complainant has attached various photocopies as annexures to a private complaint u/s IPC 498a as well as a Domestic Violence case. The court has given me a certified copy of the FIR but refuses to give me any "copies of copies" as these are NOT originals or true copies/signed. How do I get official copies of these documents in either the DV or 498a case?

I have obtained unofficial copies and there is massive fraud/forgery by the complainant, so they would be useful to get my family out of these false cases instead of making them go through trial. Please help.

give a formal application. It is absolutely essential for you to have these papers whichever you are supposed to defend.

Also use RTI.

For the sake of consolidated advise avoid repeated query. Further multiple threads increase the chances of your strategy being leaked to opposite party as it is open froum.
