Hi
Can F.I.R be lodged based on private doctor report/slip. I am not aware whether doctor has mentioned the reason of injury there on the slip/report or not.
Will this be an evidence in eyes of court as well or not?
If doctor has just mentioned the problem and the treatment/medicine for the same then can it be used against me that i have been the cause of injury to that person. Kindly guide.

IF THE DOCTOR IS AEGISTERED DOCTOR AS PER MCI GUIDELINE AND HE CAN ASDDUCE EVIDENCE IN SUPPORTING HIS REPORT THEN IT CAN BE USED AS AN EVIDENCE AS PER THE INDIAN EVIDENCE ACT.
