what is the usual process involved in getting a ex parte. once a party in civil suit is continoulsy called absent, is there a set of steps and multiple hearnig involved in a ex parte order..
in the sense, i see terms like ex parte order, exparte evidnce, ex parte decree on some case status.are all referring to the same thing. or does the ex parte has it own set of steps before a finality is attained.
