for filing a excise return we need to creat a xml file
A query reg the same
is it a mmust that the excise file be generated thr' the excel utility only or can we prepare from our software the XML file as per specified by ACES & validated it with ACES schema file.
will it be a valid one or are there any limitations & restrictions
