in case of a partition suit, where
a) prelminary decree
b)appointment of advocate commisioner
c)final decree are prayed for.
and once a preliminary decree isr received in favor of plaintiff, what does execution of it means. ?does it mean , the appointment of advocate commissioner and passing a final decree will go ahead even if a appeal is made on preliminary decree,but no stay granted yet ?does mere filing of appeal by a defendant still prevent the appointment of advocate commission and final decree process?
