My question:
Against JDr:1 exeuction petition dismissed for not taking steps without giving sufficient opportunity to the Dhr. to take steps to JDr:1. In my opinion application can be filed in the pending exeuction petition to restore the petition which is dismissed against JDr:1, u/s 151 of CPc
