My daddy had made a will in 1979.He expired in 2012.
He had appointed executor of will his dear friend. He too is no more. However both witness to will are alive and are closely in touch.
What is a effect if Executor of will is no more. As per one advise we are not going for probating the will as my daddy has only left befind some FD and bank account.
