Exparty divorce and dismissedin default under 125 cr cp

I guess she can claim u/s 125. because your divorce was not under mutual settlement,, so there was no clause that all her claim is settled ( past, present and future) maintenece...

but i think after 17 years... her case will be weak,,,

Means.. she is stilll not re married? isnt it..

how she run her life for 17 year without your maintenece..

we have also comes with mitual settlements. accordingly Amendment in my application under HMA. We bith have made papers on 11.3.1994 and verified under Oth Commissioner. But she not attened court there after.
