Dear Sir/Madam,
A false DV case is filed against me by my wife and her family and pending before the Delhi Court. I'm regularly appearing on the hearing date but my wife has never appeared. Every time her lawyer takes the date and that too very long time near about 6months. So far I appeared 3 times and her lawyer took date by making some or other excuses. My lawyer argued for shorter date but he never agreed for it.
Is there a way to expedites hearing so that case can be closed as early as possible.
