Experience certificate

Dear Sir

Namaskar

I worked as a Lecturer in English at a government polytechnic in Ahmedabad. I served there for 1 year eight months.  (february 2009 to October 2010). I wish to mentiion that my appointment though was contractual basis, I was appointed on scale. I was relieved from duties after my resignation. I served the notice pay and completed all the formalities.

Last week when I applied for a certificate of experience. The certificate issued to me was typed but the period of service was edited with ball pen. Also the certificate did not mention the designation and scale of pay. On representing about the same to the officer of the establishment section. He denied to issue me a certificate of experience with the said detail and talked rudely.  He also said we don't issue experience certificate as the nature of appointment was ad-hoc!!!!

Can the Principal of that institute deny to mention the scale of pay in the experience certificate?Am I not entitled to ask for a certificate which includes important detils like my designation, scale of pay and service period mentioned clearly?

Kindly guide me what steps can be taken in this matter.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Regards

you can obtain appreciation certificate in place of experience certificate.

Send some political worker to do the job.  Pay him some amount to do that job.  They know how to get things done. It appears a case of misunderstanding, and lack of experience in dealing with people, that led to this situation.
