Experience certificate & last drawn salary certificate

Sir

I am a professor working in a self financing Engineering college which is affiliated to Anna University Chennai. Recently I resigned from the post after a 3 months advance notice period ( notice given 29/1/2014 and relived on 5/4/14).But Management did not given me proper experience certificate and Salary Certificate. I am going to join in a new college from June onwards and they are asking all this details. Is it possible to get Experience Certificate and Last drawn salary certificate through RTI?if yes ,where I have to file my RTI? Anna University Chennai or to Principal of the self financing college I worked ?. Kindly advise me.

In many of the other threads initiated by you, you had mentioned that college is not willing to insert comments on ‘Character Certification’ in certificate to bee issued to you.

If salary certificate is not being issued last salary slip should suffice.

It was opined by the experts to approach court of law, Directorate of Education and refer to the rules framed in this regard……………….

If college is not public authority then it may not entertain RTI application………………..

The univ., regulator  shall also send it to college to acquire information if they agree to forward the RTI application…………………

However it is suggested that you must consult a lawyer handling cases similar to yours in person, spend quality time with your lawyer, show all rules, record, understand the merits and proceed under exert advice of your lawyer.
