Experience letter

I was working for a Pvt Ltd Co, and subsequently resigned. I forgot to ask for the Experience Letter. Now after 2 years, I found they were closed ( Company Status on MCA - Struck Off ).

Am I permitted to ask for and receive my experience letter, now ? If yes, from whom ?

( Just a Side Note: All the Directors of that company are alive. )

Apply for the required certificate to the Director(s) of the employer company.

In the absence of the company itself the directors may be reluctant to furnish experience certificate owing to practical difficulties but that should not stop your efforts to approach them.

THere is no obligation on the directors. But you can take chance by approaching them.
