i worked as manager in govt office on contract from 1-7-2008 to 8-8-2010 but resign from that job on 15-9-10.the experience given by that office is from 1-7-2008 to 15-9-10. then i joined send job in private company on 11-8-10 to 9-11-14. Now i got regualar govt job of manager which required 2 year experience in govt office . but my experience shows overlapping, so plz tell me what legal action can be taken by my office on this regard & how it effects me.

Aparently you have joined 2nd employer while in employment with 1st employer.......................and resigned from 1st employer after joining 2nd employer.
This can be construed dual employment.
Did you withdraw salary from both employers from 11-08-2010 to 15-09-2010?
If the private company agrees to modify your employment record (even if you have to refund the salary from (11-08-2010 to 15-09-2010) and issue you service certificate (and inserts one copy in your personnel file/service card) and agrees to verify it during reference check then you may have some relief.
