Experts please guide

Dear experts,

I shall remain extremely grateful if you could guide/advise me how to defeat the dilatory tactics being adopted by wife in a divorce case in the family court. The case was filed by me (husband). Can a petition be filed requesting to expedite the proceeding?

Regards.

How long has the case been filed now, what is the stage of the case? has she filed a counter to your petition?, You can request the court to direct her to file the counter for the petition so that you can start the enquiry of the case; certain constrains will lead to delay in the proceedings, which are unavoidable.

Delay and prolong the divorce is the generic need of wicked wives this is because of the following:

1. To get intact the social vermillion on their forehead to woo the society.

2. To feed as parasite on husbands income through interim maintenance till the divorce is pending.

3. In this battle they even don't bother about their re-life and chances of remarriage as their own ages are ticking round at each day.

4. They are in the clutch of their greedy parents who not even think about their daughters life and they just stick with dead marriage to smell the stincking litigations till their own daughter not become a 40 years old 498a an old and useless stuff.

any how,the above are for those women who are born only for seeing judge faces, lawyers black coat and police mens big stomachs rather than a good life ahead after parting amicably.

Now, for your solution:

1.IF she drags the divorce without any reason and willfully create the prolong status ,bring this under notice of judge.

2. File 21B  HMA 1955 speedy trial petition before High court  so that HC will give order to lower court to speed up trial within 6 months after submission of notice.

3. Keep watching your lawyer and always propel him to look after your case as most of the lawyers once take the case then he forget about it and wake up only when he has to take money.

regards.
