Hello Respected lawyers,
I got divorced recently..We were married for 3 months before i was forced into divorce as they threatened to file false 498a cases..They took money(25 lakhs)..It all happened bcoz of few crooked egoists and mediators..I was never given a chance to explain my position..as i stay in a different country..My ex also didnot want to go through divorce(though she initially had to budge)..The divorce happened bcoz i pissed some guy from my ex family who has no business in interfering our lives..he is a bigshot and so he sweetly took revenge on me..nobody listens to me as he is wealthy..
I am planning to write a short story (or document) wit fictional characters on why we got divorce and how one guy for his little happiness screwed our lives..I have some of the documented proofs on what his plan was..I want to expose him before his relatives..I am just planning to release or email this only to few people..(not interested in posting online etc)..
Would i be in any trouble(legally like IT act-which is non bailable or any other legal acts) for explaing my side of story
Please advise as i want people to know abt this sadist..
