Sir/madam,
I am working in a government organisation for last five years.
In my APAR, my reporting officer wrote adverse remarks in the pen picture.
the reporting officer never gave me any opportunity about the remarks .
In monthly diaries and inspection notes the reporting officer wrote satisfactory, very good.
but in pen picture the reporting officer mentioned adversely.
before three years I am having outstanding performance.
what i have to do ?
