Extracting case complete details

Hi,

I have case number e.g of format OS XXXX of Year YYYY

I need to understand more details about the case ....like who filed against whom?...and what was the case?.. on whom and all it was filed? ...and what is the current status?...what is the decision?...etc

I could not get much info from https://ecourts.gov.in/ ...i could only get Petitioner ....and parties list

Any other website ?

Also if its mentioned "Case status: case disposed" and "nature of disposal: DECREED" ..what does it mean?

Thanks in Advance

Dear Ganesh,

Please approach a local advocate and inform him the same...It might cost you something, if you are a direct party then you can file an application for Certified copies...Case is Decreed means the relief which was sought from the competent court is granted.

You have to approach the concern court through advocate to collect all information,, everything which you required is not on website....

you also try to search in order category, some lower courts, now download the court orders also on website....
