Facebok proof wife remarried with out divorce

My wife remarried where in her 2nd husband had kept engagement pic in face book and all his freinds greeted that "happy married life" and he even added here facebook id as engaged.

Query:Please let me know can this be shown as proof of marriage and file case against here for Section 494 and 495 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860

No it's not a valid proof but it's a great clue in your hand, now you can enquire with her friends , relatives and all and gather as much as proof of her remarriage and then move an application before the court and request the court to lodge criminal case against her u/s 494 ipc .

The so called engagement photo alone cannot be a proof for her second marriage. It could be a basis for your enquiry which would lead you to gather sme more evidence about her second marriage, if any.
