Facing problem with tenant

Facing problem with Tenant. Have given one shop on rent with proper registered agreement. Rent is due of June as well as of July. Due date for June was 8h June but it was not given giving different excuses. 21st June onwards they are not opening the shop as well as not taking calls or replying to sms's. Please suggest what step should we take against them since they are now not responding. What is legal procedure to get it vacated.

Prefer to proceed under expert counsel of a very able local senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in such/civil matters.

In the meantime if you want to proceed as PIP only supply written communication narating all tranasactions at alternate address/number ( say residence) /email/whatsapp etc in agreement............. Don't use corrosive language.

Immediately consult a lawyer and serve a notice and later initiate proceedings according to the rent control and eviction laws in your state. For eviction it usually takes not less than an year with an advocate fee not less than ten thousand so better first know the real intention of the tenant and act accordingly.
