hi friends, my aged father is living in village and my neighbour has registerd a case through 156(3) against him for beating and greivous injury on a simple argument.As he made a fake medical certificate by bribing the district healt dept personnel with the influence of other bahubali villagers.Further with the help of these peaople the IO has also made chargesheet without inqury of the matter. Now the case is pending with district court and my father is going every now and then for hearings.You are requested to please suggest us to how a fair and fresh inquiry be initiated to grab the real culprit and all these fake allegation be brougt in light.
