Dear All,
This is quite a problem of every person who end up getting fake currency from ATM Machines.
My query is as below:
1. Currency was withdrawng from an ATM by non-account holder and there was no receipt coming out.
2. After 2 weeks it was realized that two of the currency notes were FAKE.
3. What action could be taken in this case; noting that the ATM is of a Bank which does not have branches in the city. Also, are we still the customer if we withdraw money from an ATM with no previous banking relationship?
Any other suggestion, plz provide.
