Fake documents about Money in 498A, how to prove them fake.

FIL is trying to provide some fake or false promissary notes in support to his huge dowry claim in Court. if the promissary notes were produced by some of his friends claims the huge amount of 2 lakhs each (10 members), Can we send them for foreignsic lab to test when it was created. Can we ask court to check the income source of that relative? how to prove they are false? Can the court listen to evidence of these people telling they gave money in presence of them?
