Sir,
I bought a phone through an advertisement posted in a renowned online shopping website.
We met at a Bus Stand and the Guy showed me the phone. I checked the phone and handed over the payment to him. Now i found the phone to be fake.
I called him but he refuse to take it back. Please suggest what to do?

Did you confirm that the guy was the representative of the shopping website? Consult a local lawyer, give a legal notice to replace the phone if they does not comply then file a complaint in the consumer forum.

File a case in a consumer forum,present all the important document such as bill,payment receipt etc
