Fake PAN Card

You are saying you have checked the details of PAN but you have not mentioned where you checked it.

You can get the details of PAN from the website of incometax department by mentioning the details.

With regard to filing of case, it is a clear cut case of cheating if it is established that the details of PAN mentioned before arya samaj are false. Inform the same immediately to the concerned arya samaj branch for taking appropriate action under criminal law.

A case for divorce can also be filed citing mental agony caused due to misleading and wrong information given the girl at the time of marriage.

We had checked her details from the income tax website like you had mentioned. We would be informing the Arya Samaj mandire about the same but we need to carry a certified copy from some authority stating that the document providede is false.

We need to know from where can we get the certified copy. ?

Also she has a middle name which is missing from the PAN card photocopy? The middle name is not her fathers or brothers. We suspect either she is already married or is a divorcee. Is there some legal way where we can ask to explain about her middle name or question her earlier marital status?

Hi

I was going through the Income tax website when i noticed a strange thing!

I put in my info & founf 2 PAN cards in my name! I have only 1 & i do not know how the other one came?

Can someone please guide me?
