Fake software company

This is regarding a software company .They have created a website with no particulars about who's who in the company.

Their website states that they operate in Bangalore and their head office is in Pondicherry.I visited the address mentioned in their website and did not find any trace of company in operation.

I filed a RTI with registrar of companies.RTI reply states no such company registered in Bangalore or Pondicherry.Whom should I lodge complaint regarding this issue?

Can I file cyber crime complaint for false data on website?

Attach RTI reply and lodge complaint with ROC,police.

Yes u can file cyber complaint and that is only the right way

I also got cheated ordering a spy pen through fake company advertisement from internet from Mumbai.The parcel arrived in my local post office and when the parel was opened it was empty box only.
