Dear Lawyers,
An FIR has been registered against my family under 341, 323, 504, 506, 406, 420, 120B. The major problem is that IO and PS has been paid off and is totally biased. This was a counter case after we lodged an FIR (with much difficluty) for illegal occupation of our house. The person has forcefully grabed our house as my parents were abroad for 4months. The person removed all other tenants and now has some goons living there. What can we do legally to get back possession of the house.
What are the chances of an anticipatory bail and what is the legal remedy if the IO has been paid off. I will be very thankful for your suggestions.
