false affidavit file in multiple cases

Hi Experts, Please confirm what are the consequences for filing false affidavit in criminal case.

if someone files a false affidavit in criminal or civil case then the said person is guilty for such offence and liable for prosecution u/sec. 193(2), 199 and 200 of Indian Penal Code.

Thx for reply. Can applications will be file u/s 193 (2), 199 & 200 ipc in the same court only or it can be file in any other of other state as well.
