False allegation against parents

My wife had been living separately for two years. When I decided to contest for child custody, she decided to file a false 498a case. Since two years had elapsed,  she filed a false case of a dowry demand and life serious threats made by my parents that she claims was recent. My parents have been threatened with several serious sections besides 498a. I request your help in getting my aged and unwell parents out of this.

They live in the same city but have not visited their home for a long time and were in another area. We requested the IO to collect cell tower location details of my parents and their family, but the IO has been bought over. Since this IO is not doing anything, can we file any case such as "false statement" to get this information through another police station in our jurisdiction? I believe this information is only retained for some time.

Please help.

498A has become weapon for wives.  You told since 2 years she is residing seperately, so try for quashing of FIR with relevant documents.
