One of my enemy attached me in public place. He has given report against me in the police. In the report he is saying his hand is fractured. On the other hand I am 100% sure his hand was not fractured during the fight. During the fight he attached on me. I did not responded by attacking him back. People stranded near by stopped the fight.
Now he has reports from civil hospital for fracture. I did not know whether they are fake or he did fracture himself. Police did not register any FIR till now(incident happened 1 month ago). Police is saying nothing in the CCTV camera nearby that location. Now, police is saying they are going to register an FIR and the case will go to court.
It was a planed attack from his side. In court if he will bring false evidence (by giving money to two three people ) what worst can happen to me. What is the way to go out.
