False allegations of dowrey, dv and hectored me

I got married in April 2012 and had a son in March 2013. Since then wife did not returned to my house even after I tried so many times. Hence I sent a legel notice to her asking her to come here. But in Jan 2014, she and her relatives did Oral false allegations related to Dowrey, DV and hectored me, they have hectored me so many time since marriage, but I did not took notice of that. But now wife is asking me to take her back to home here and is still not ready to accept her mistakes and when I talked about those allegations, instead she is doing more allegations on me, so she is saying I do not want to take her back and I will not allow her to stay here even though she want to come back here. My question is how can I beleive her, that she will not behave same way again and will not do same allegation or more than that again.

What should I do in this case, please suggest. Thanks in advance..

ARS, you are not the only one facing such allegations from the women tribe of India, who will get married and give birth and some do not even give birth or even  s*x pleasure to their husband and goes off to their parents home without the consent of the husband for reasons best known to her only. .And if the husband asked her to come home,  she will start imputing all kinds of allegations against the husband of cruelty, unkindness, hostile and rude, she has been driven out of home etc etc etc etc; which will followed by all her legal armory like  498a, 125,  DVA etc;  and keep on enjoying with his hard earned money without realizing that even ants and bees maintain their lives by working hard. But I must admit that what ever you have alleged against your wife can be proved only in the course of trial in the court, and it can not be answered either you are right or she is right.

Coming to your query, your wife left the matrimonial home in March 2013 without any reasonable cause, and when you asked her to come home  she did not complied with it and by Jan 2014 her missiles started shooting at you, and putting words in your mouth and thought that you do not want her back home when you were asking her to come home, and that sounds like a guilty mind, but we do not know for sure why she is entertaining that kind of  thought, that you do not wish her to come home, which is very strange indeed. Keep all kinds of letter or notice that you have send  her and send a good loving letter to her to come home and if she refused,  file a case of divorce on grounds of cruelty and desertion. You also take care that all your neighbors etc knows the facts of your wife deserting you.

FORGET THE PAST AND LOOK AT THE PRESENT CONSIDERING THE LIFE OF YOUR BABY AS A FATHER. differences arising out from some misunderstanding between husband and wife is a common incident.  Take the matter easy, shake hands with each other and start a happy and peaceful life with sympathy to each other.

If she is really interested to continue/resume the disrupted marital voyage with you once again, atleast for the sake of the infant child, you should make certain compromises, reconcile the issues between you both magnanimously  and cooperate with her to resume the broken married life.  You may live alone without any more girl in your life or even decide to divorce her and marry another girl, but what about your child and its future? would you like to see your child suffer without proper care and fatherly affection?  Hence don't waste time and energy on trivial matrimonial issues.  In the name of taking revenge on her you will be harming your child and its future besides further ruining your own future too. Think patiently and take wise decision.
