False & baseless allegation by wife

Law does not believe anything blindly.It depends only on authentic evidence submitted.The court does not recognise every allegation as true initially.If the defence can prove the evidences as false and manufactured,the accused gets a respite.I have gone through your above mentioned case,wherein the appeal was dismissed, by the higher court.
