Dear Sir or Madam ,
I am holding some land . Some people have encroached my land and are living there . They are about 17 families . They have build 17 houses there ( one house each) . I want to file a suit to evict them . They are saying that they will file a false rape case against me if I file the suit . What precautions should I take to get ANTICIPATORY BAIL if they file a false case ??
Please help me.
