Dear Experts,
My wife filed a false 498a on me in which one of the allegation is that myself and my family forced her for abortion. Which is untrue. In fact the abortion was done with her consent and she was disinterested in baby and got it done. This was in 2012 and hospital has no documents that I signed as husbands consent is also taken before abortion.
Can I ask hospital to give me a letter stating the abortion was done with our consent from the doctor on hospital's letter head as a proof against this allegation.
If it is a valid proof, can someone please share the format here as to what has to be written on the letter signed by the concerned gynecologist on the hospitals letter head.. The hospital is very co-operative and doctor does remembers me....
