Dear experts, please provide your advice.
We have property dispute with my aunt. On the day of incident my mom and aunt had a quarrel. I intervened, took my mother far away.My uncle also intervened and took his wife(my aunt) away. When he pulled his wife, she fell down and broke her distal radius bone(bone near wrist).
My aunt got admitted to a GH. Filed complaint against my mother and me. We are in bail.
Police has served summon under the following sections 294(b),325,506(ii), section 4 of women harrassement. Please advice us what should we do to handle this false case?
