Wife has drawn false allegation over me,my parents and my brother U/S 406 and 498a..
Parents and brother got the bail but mine is pending.
Notice has been send by the IO for recovery of streedhan articles but they are not responding..
IO knows all the allegations on me ND my family are false but he is delaying in making chargesheet although he has the power to write non cooperative for my in laws..
moreover he is saying me knowing that I m innocent he can't make chargesheet mentioning I m innocence otherwise wife will file a case on IO..Now what is this?she is having no evidence and all the sentences mentioned by her In FIR is false although I have multiple evidences of all such..I have shown those evidences to IO but he is saying he can't do anything as wife is not responding to notice in recovery of streedhan articles U/s 406 and he is getting political pressure from her side..what to do now?pls guide..
