dear experts give me legal opinion that
one of friends is si of police got a civil nature complaint by mentioning fake address in complaint.on enquiry the complainant is not residing mentioned address.staying some other address.based on complaint he registered fir. due to that he facing legal complications.later he closed the case. but the concern si wants to take action against fake complainant.so which sections attracts and how will be d procedure.
