in court proceeding if any document is presented by the party ,its copy is given to opposition party.
in my case there is differences for example in income affidavid given to me of my wife in hma case is dif than what they have submitte in court ,which i got to know through certified copy.
kindly guide ,how can i complaint this matter ? any section etc ?

Pl bring all events you mentioned before the ld judge by a put up petition.court never accepts fraud attitude by any party.youmust get the benefit in this case. Prof s c pratihar

sir ,the copy given to me is not signed by the petetioner or her lawyer .how can i prove that they gave me false copy
