False fir , challan not filed

Two students filed a police complaint against college principal for not allowing them to sit in the exams during june 2011.  Actually, principal did not issue them Admit Card to sit in the exam on account of lecture shortage. These students mentioned in their complaint that principal asked for  Rs 1 lac against  issuance of admit card which was totally false. Under political pressure, police registered case under 420 IPC . At present he is on bail. Till date police has not filed any challan in the court. False FIR has been pending against him for a year which is very disturbing .  What should we do to get red of this ?

Nothing to worry at all. Principal can easily show the evidence that the attendance was not enough for the guys to sit on the exam. It would be extremely difficult to prove the corruption charges in this case without any evidence.
